Martin Gravely enthusiastically brings 30+ years of industry experience as a chef, ServSafe® instructor, University culinary program director and instructor, restaurant general manager, caterer, server, and bartender to the classroom, making him uniquely qualified to lead your ServSafe®  class successfully.

Sessions are a relaxed blend of general material review, informative videos, helpful study exercises, and shared industry stories, all designed to keep students engaged while enhancing their understanding of the material. There’s always time for questions, and he looks forward to seeing you in class!

Our bright, open facility comfortably seats up to 12 and offer up to 24 seats in each class, water is provided.  There is a Starbucks and several other restaurants located within our shopping center.
